At Claws by D, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not offer refunds or returns unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please read the following policy for more details.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns: We do not accept returns for change of mind. Returns are only accepted if the item is defective or damaged during delivery.
- Refunds: We offer refunds only in cases of defective or damaged items.
2. Process for Returns/Refunds
- If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

- Kindly provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect for verification.
- Once approved, you will be instructed on how to return the item to us. Please ensure that the product is unused and in its original packaging.
3. Return Shipping
- In the event of a damaged or defective item, Claws by D will cover the cost of return shipping.
- For any other returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
4. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- It may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Custom orders or personalized press-on nails are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.
6. Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective. If you receive a defective item, please follow the steps outlined above for returns or refunds.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted due to the nature of our handmade products.
8. Quality Assurance
- All products are carefully inspected before shipping to ensure they meet our quality standards. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can resolve it.
